Schedule 2 is comprised of supervisory bodies that have been identified for their governance authority over the economic sectors and industries they oversee.

The FIC Act identifies the following institutions as supervisory bodies that provide a supporting role to the FIC.

• Estate Agency Board
• Financial Services Board
• National Gambling Board
• Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors
• Law Society of South Africa
• South African Reserve Bank
• Provincial Licensing Authorities

The information and documents provided in each stakeholder site are targeted at all companies and individuals associated with the supervisory body.
