Monitoring or recording of telephone calls and electronic communication 
 
The FIC advises that any telephone calls, e-mails or other communication with the FIC may be recorded or monitored. This is for the purpose of quality control and the training of staff.  Using the FIC's communication channels means you acknowledge and agree to this recording and monitoring. ​ 

Fraud hotline 

Please use the Fraud Hotline number 0800 701 701 as a whistleblowing line to report improper conduct involving FIC employees. The hotline number may not be used to report incidents relating to scam e-mails or messages. Please click here to read more about reporting scams.
